REMINDER! THIS SATURDAY! Grandview’s 2024 Fall Family Festival will be moving to a new time and site! With construction limiting our space, we are changing the event to an outdoor space and holding it on a Saturday to help accommodate everyone who wishes to attend. The Fall Family Festival will be held Saturday, September 21st from 2 PM until 6 PM at the Ben Flora rear Parking area near the Bellevue Community Stadium/Gilligan Field. There will be booths, inflatables, food, face painting, and music! Bring the whole family for lots of fun and support Grandview Elementary!

Today, Grandview Elementary students learned about mental health, positive affirmations, and how they can use those affirmations everyday! Each class had a great time dancing and doing fun activities to better their understanding of the positive affirmations they learned.

Last night, Bellevue Middle School Volleyball recognized their Eighth Graders alongside Sharp! Congratulations to Lilly Kincaid, Savannah McFarland, Gabby Hernandez, Emily Goodwin, and Rosalyn Ball on a great final season with Middle School Volleyball!

On Friday last week, the Middle School Volleyball Team scrimmaged the Middle School Football Team in a volleyball match! This scrimmage was so much fun for the students and their parents!

Today, Grandview Elementary Second Graders took on a STEM challenge based on the book "The Most Magnificent Idea." Each student designed their own creative idea and used whatever they could to make it come to life!

Today is Dot Day! Student artwork from all classes decorated the halls showing off dots in many different forms. The students drew inspiration from artist Yayoi Kusama and the book "The Dot" by Peter and Paul Reynolds, who challenged everyone to believe in themselves and find the courage to "make their mark." KY High Attendance Day was a huge success! A big thank you to Grateful Threads and Bellevue Gold Star Chili for their generous giveaway donations throughout the day, and to the BHS Athletic Boosters for providing popsicles for all students. Check out our attendance numbers below: • GES: 97.46% • BHS: 94.37% • Overall District Percentage: 95.59% Special shout-out to 2nd and 5th grades for achieving 100% attendance at GES, and to 11th and 12th grades for having the highest percentage at BHS, with 98.11% attendance for both grade levels! Way to go Tigers!
