Today is the 67th day of school, and students across the district were excited to celebrate.

Ms. Jerdon's class celebrated with cupcakes and themed activities at Bellevue Middle School while Mr. Forshey had a special chain necklace to give away to a lucky student at Grandview Elementary!

At this week's Board Meeting, we awarded two WOO Awards to the Bellevue Education Foundation and the Bellevue Vets!

The WOO Award (Welcoming Outstanding Organizations) recognizes businesses and community partners who go above and beyond in their support of our school district. Their partnership strengthens our schools and community, and we honor them for their outstanding commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of our students.

The Bellevue Education Foundation provides funding for programs and initiatives that ensure our students and staff have every opportunity possible. Their support ranges from classroom materials to innovative programs and scholarships. We truly value their partnership and the positive impact they have on our school district.

The Bellevue Vets is a staple in our community. They provide a space for our students to participate in extracurricular activities, and the group is always willing to support our students, staff, and families. Whether through donations, collaboration, or offering help in various ways, they consistently step up whenever we need something.

Congratulations to our November recipients and thank you again for all that you do for our schools!

📢 KSA Results Are Live!

Today, the Kentucky Department of Education released the 2024–2025 Kentucky Summative Assessment (KSA) results statewide. We’re proud to share our district and school level data—and we have a lot to celebrate: 5 out of 6 academic indicators showed growth this year! 💛🖤

What is the KSA?
The KSA is Kentucky’s annual assessment for students in grades 3–8 and 10. It measures how well students have mastered grade-level standards in reading, math, science, social studies, and writing. These results help us understand student learning and guide our instruction and support systems.

📄 A letter from Superintendent Ms. Misty Middleton is attached and provides additional context about our district’s progress and next steps.

We are incredibly proud of our students, staff, and families for their hard work every day. Together, we are building a strong future for every Tiger!
