Reading Tip for Parents: Make storytime interactive! ✨
Reading isn’t just about words on a page—it’s about connecting with your child and sparking their imagination. Here are some fun ways to get started:
For Ages 0-1: Point at objects in the book and name them—“Look, a cat!”
For Ages 1-2: Have your child help turn the pages
For Ages 2-3: Let your child pick the book they want to read and ask them questions about the pictures
For Ages 4-5: Have your child tell the story in their own words or talk about what the story means
Register for Dolly Parton's Imagination Library to receive free books to read together: https://loom.ly/F1xyquE.

This week is Public Schools Week!
🤝 Public schools are more than classrooms—they’re community hubs! From family engagement nights to partnerships with local organizations, public schools bring people together. Share a story in the comments of how our schools have connected with the community!
