Third Quarter Update 2025–2026: Growth, Reflection, and a Strong Finish
Hello, Bellevue Tigers!
As we move into the third quarter of the 2025–2026 school year, we’re proud of the momentum building across our classrooms and community. This quarter is all about refining our practices, strengthening supports, and preparing our students for a successful finish to the year. Here’s a look at where we are and what’s ahead:
Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum: Deepening the Work
Our GVC continues to guide high-quality instruction across Bellevue:
Teachers are deepening instruction around priority standards to ensure students build strong conceptual understanding.
Students are engaging in rigorous learning tasks and using feedback to reflect on and improve their work.
Pacing guides and unit plans are helping maintain alignment while allowing flexibility to respond to student needs.
This quarter, our focus is on intentional planning and responsive instruction—using evidence of learning to adjust teaching in real time.
Professional Learning Communities: Refining & Responding
PLCs remain a driving force behind student success:
Teams are analyzing formative and summative data to identify trends and close learning gaps.
Teachers are collaborating on targeted interventions and enrichment opportunities.
Successes are being shared, and strategies are being refined to support all learners.
The third quarter highlights the power of collaboration as we move from identifying needs to taking action that makes a measurable difference for students.
State & Assessment Updates
SAT Preparation & Readiness: With the transition from ACT to SAT for statewide assessments, our juniors are actively engaged in SAT preparation through classroom support, practice opportunities, and targeted skill-building. Families will continue to receive updates and resources to support students at home.
KSA Growth Focus: As we review KSA data, our teams are using results to inform instruction, strengthen supports, and celebrate areas of growth across grade levels.
As we move through this quarter, we remain committed to strong instruction, aligned systems, and a supportive learning environment for every Tiger. Together, we are building confidence, competence, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Go Tigers!
