Second Quarter Update 2025–2026: Momentum, Growth, and Celebration
Hello, Bellevue Tigers!
As we move into the second quarter of the 2025–2026 school year, we’re excited to celebrate the progress our students and staff are making while continuing to focus on high levels of learning for every Tiger. Here’s a look at how far we’ve come and what’s next:
📘 Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum in Action
Our GVC is more than a plan—it’s in action every day in classrooms across Bellevue:
Teachers are delivering rigorous lessons aligned to priority standards.
Students are engaged in meaningful learning experiences, with assessments providing clear feedback on progress.
Pacing guides, unit overviews, and high-quality instructional resources are helping all classrooms stay aligned and focused.
This quarter, we’ve seen consistent growth in student learning, thanks to strong instructional practices and the intentional use of GVC.
🤝 Professional Learning Communities: Collaboration at Work
PLCs continue to be a cornerstone of our success:
Teams are analyzing student data to target instruction more effectively.
Teachers are sharing strategies and celebrating successes together.
Intervention and enrichment opportunities are being refined based on real-time student needs.
The second quarter shows the power of collective teacher efficacy—when educators collaborate, students thrive.
📝 State Updates: College & KSA Data
ACT to SAT Transition: The state has approved moving from the ACT to the SAT for statewide assessments. Families and students will receive correspondence soon with details about this change and what it means for testing.
KSA Data Release: Kentucky Student Assessment (KSA) results will be made public on November 19 at midnight. We’ll provide guidance and support to help families understand their student’s results.
As we move into the second half of the year, we celebrate our progress, reflect on lessons learned, and remain focused on growth for all. With empowered teachers, aligned systems, and engaged students, the Bellevue Tigers are unstoppable.
Go Tigers!
